Soul to soul communication. This focuses on connecting with your loved ones who have passed away (mediumship reading) and/or your own soul and inner self (psychic reading). The goal is to provide clear messages and guidance from the Spirit World. You’ll receive specific evidence about you and your loved ones, along with healing messages that affirm life is eternal and that you can connect with them in Spirit.

Mediumship is a sacred practice that confirms we are spirit beings, both here and always. It shows that your loved ones still exist in Spirit after leaving their physical bodies. This process allows them to share messages, memories, and stories to uplift you, offer healing, provide guidance, and show their ongoing support in your life.

Shamanic healing methods have been documented for tens of thousands of years, and are still practiced worldwide by both indgenous peoples and those who are called to do this work. In shamanic practice the aspect of illness is addressed through the idea that there is disharmony in a person’s life on a spiritual level. By making a shamanic journey outside of time and space into what is called “non-ordinary reality” or a universe parallel to our own, the shamanic practitioner is met by spirit helpers in the form of human teachers or animals. It is actually these compassionate helping spirits who perform the healing work through the practitioner who is only acting as a conduit.

Custom painting is available on both Remo synthetic hide drums and natural hide drums, which are crafted from buffalo, moose, horse, and elk hides, all made entirely by hand.   • I have known Emily for many years, as a fellow artist. We have talked about spiritual matters in the past and I was aware of the work she has been doing. But I was hesitant about reaching out to her, to heal my own pain from the traumatic loss of my father. I was unable to be with my parents when they both passed away. My mother died peacefully in her sleep and a year later, my 88-year-old father was murdered in my childhood home.   • I have some time today to sit with my painting, which arrived yesterday, to see what secrets it reveals to me... Of course, you know that orange is not a primary color, but a secondary color made from mixing yellow and red: the colors of fire and light. Also, red is the color of the first chakra, the base, the beginning, the family, the tribe. Yellow is the color of the third chakra: myself, my being, my wholeness, my persona. When I mix this red with this yellow, I get the orange of the second chakra: the one of my relationship to others and the world that is made up of what I bring from my family and learn of myself. I read about the spiritual meaning of orange- "Orange aids in the assimilation of new ideas and frees the spirit of its limitation, giving us the freedom to be ourselves. At the same time it encourages self-respect and respect of others. Orange is probably the most rejected, and underused color of our time." Now to blue. It is a primary color. It exists in and of itself and can be mixed to create other colors. It is a color of stability. Peace. Therefore, it is often thought to be a Heavenly color. But it is also the color of the 5th chakra- that of self-expression. In order to be able to express oneself with with clarity, one needs peace of heart and mind and spirit. So it is, that base of peace and stillness, one has the ability to free the "being" from what has limited it, bound it and it and allow it to express itself freely. The painting expresses visually the balance of peace/stillness with fire and creativity. "Accept and create" - accept who I am, remember why I am here and CREATE a life worth living. If you believe that this message sent to me will help someone else in the healing process, then, I give you permission to send this light out to others. It is my hope that it will shine its light and free someone else from the limitations that they place on themselves through fear. About Emily

Living in the boreal forests next to Lake Superior in northern Minnesota, Emily maintains her mediumship and spiritual healing practices along with her painting studio. She works as an evidential medium, shamanic practitioner and teacher, working with clients across the country and internationally. She works both in person and on Zoom, blending her artwork with spiritual teachings. Additionally, she creates custom painted drums, handmade natural hide drums, and has created an oracle deck. Emily received her BFA in 2002 with a double major in both drawing and painting from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. She has since exhibited her artwork, including paintings and photographs, in galleries and museums across the U.S. and Ireland. Her work has received two merit award grants and is featured in notable collections like Delucchi + in Washington, DC, and the Dubuque Museum of Art. She worked as co-owner and gallery director of the renee grae gallery, and Emily has also taught art to adults and children at the Figge Art Museum. She continues to show her art locally, and her pieces are available for purchase in her online shop.
